As a rule of thumb you can keep the following in mind when choosing a round dining table in the right size:

• Ø 120 cm: 4-5 people
• Ø 140 cm: 5-6 people
• Ø 150 cm: 6-7 people
• Ø 160 cm: 6-8 people
• Ø 180 cm: 9-11 people
• Ø 200 cm: 12-14 people.

Besides that, with extension leaves from Wood Zone, you can always extend your round wooden dining table and make room for more guests. For all our dining tables, you can use either one or two extension leaves, each in 50 cm and make room for at least to extra people around the table. This way, you have various opportunities for your round dining table in wood and are well prepared for both everyday life and parties..

Take care of your round table in wood

A wooden dining table locally produced on a carpentry is an investment of a lifetime, if you make sure to take care of it in the right way. It is important to not use cleaning agents or care products that are not fitted for the specific treatment used for your table originally. If you use regular soap, you risk damaging the table’s surface treatment and thereby make is more exposed to damages, cracks and discolouration.
